Carriers are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for cargo transportation. RiskCargo acts only as a platform and is not liable for loss or damage to cargo during transit.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from shipments should first be resolved directly between shipper and carrier. RiskCargo provides support and mediation services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

RiskCargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
